iGo Customer Service Is Lousy
When I received the product, I didn't received the 401 adapter for my ASUS 1000HA or the car and airplane adapter.

I called iGo the manufacture of the product and after about 1.5 days, I finally got someone one the line and they promise to send me the missing parts.

Now it is several days past the date I should have received the missing parts and I have left several messages for someone to contact me (nobody has returned my calls) and I am sitting on something that will not work for me.

I have been using various iGo products for over 6 years and have loved everything they sold and have recommend it to everyone I know. With this issue with their customer service and support, it is going to be hard for me to recommend them in the future.

Does work with Asus Seashell models
Since the Amazon listing states there is a tip for the Asus Seashell series, I purchased the charger. No tip in the box worked with my Asus 1008ha. I called Igo. The first person left me a message that there is no compatible tip for the Asus Seashell series.

I packed up the charger to return to Amazon.

Guess What? I then received a call back from Ms. Malu Green at IGO who not only told me the right tip exists,but also sent me one overnight. GO IGO!!!!!!!!!!
