Great looking stand!
I bought this stand from a seller for $350 shipped. It was delivered in perfect condition.

The stand looks great and is a perfect match for the 73837. The TV fits perfectly into the base and is easy to assemble.

The brace for the glass shelf could be stronger, but it is a long span. The glass shelf sags a little bit with a receiver, center channel speaker and a Blu Ray player sitting on it. An adjustable vertical brace under the glass shelf would have been a nice addition.

I don't think the retail price of $499 for this stand is justified. There just isn't that much to this stand for that price. $350 shipped is about the highest I would go for this stand.

Overall, this a sturdy stand, looks great and I am very satisfied with it.

Nice, but measure before you assemble
Looks great and is very sturdy. The adjustable shelf is attached by screws, and I realized after I put it in that my Wii was too tall to fit on the space I left. So you should definitely buy it, but measure your components before you screw in the shelves. It was pretty easy to fix though, so no worries. It is designed to work with the big DLP Mitsubishi HDTVs, so don't buy this unless you are planning to use it with one of those. It is set up to lock into the bottom of the TV and hold it down.
