Hi,

Actually if Shopper would call us, I'm C/S at CucinaPro, we would work it out and make them happy.

We moved in January, but the website should have our new phone number on it - 216-351-3002. Today's Concept would of also given Shopper our phone number. They're pretty easy to work with also.

I have enough faith in this skillet that I gave it to my sister-in-law, which could be a world of trouble if it was a bad product.

Excellent skillet
I purchased this skillet after my Faberware of 25 years stopped working and they don't sell these anymore. I purchased this because it was not a non-stick which after a few uses you end up with what looks like pepper in your food. I like the large size, I have the 16 inch size, and it responds well to temperature adjustments. I have had this for over 2 months now and have used it several times and I have not been disappointed yet.

A real home run.
I don't know how anyone could complain about this skillet. Dish washer safe, heats up fast and looks good.
