Ever since I first went to Thailand and did my first trek which included an elephant ride, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I would like to render my joy back to the elephants of Thailand and its conservation centers established for preservation of the thai elephant.
You can help support these Conservation Centers whose mission is to provide caring for this endangered species now numbered less than 5,000. One Conservation Center help elephants and mahouts in the care and training of their elephant. Another Conservation Center helps sick and injured elephants as well as to give old elephants a last refuge.
