About the Author
Brent Peterson is a veteran RV writer and editor as well as an avid camper and traveler. He is a former editor of RV View, a magazine devoted to the more technical aspects of owning a RV, and is the editor-at-large for Woodall’s Publishing. It was very helpful. We bought the book after buying the RV but in reading the book we found that all we did was correct plus it had further input to making our RVing experience pleasurable.

Hilarious and Informative
The book is funny, no question. Funny and useful, unlike a lot of the dry material out there that still makes RVing seem like the exclusive domain of retirees and old-timers. Lots of good information, easily scannable if you know it and comprehensive if you don't. A great book for beginners.
