An amazing story...
This is an amazing story from a very taleneted writter, JK Scott has woven a tale rich in adventure and human interest. A real page turner, I couldn't wait to discover the "truth" in this finely crafted, imaginative tale. A fantastic read, can't wait to hear more from this author.

One of the best 2012 novels I have had the pleasure of reading.
Shades of Truth by author J K Scott is one of the finest pieces of 2012 fiction I have ever read. The author has the double edged ability to weave an interesting plot with the latest broad range of 2012 research. J K manages to weave an excellent list of suggested 2012 reading with a very unique perspective of the coming change in association with the end of the Mayan long count calendar. I recommend this novel to those interested in hearing a great story that weaves 2012 throughout the very core of the plot. I am amazed at the amount of methodical and concise research that went in to this book. My hat is off to the author J K Scott for the magnificent piece of literature that was woven as The Shades of Truth. I thank the author for this book.

Fantastic Read - Couldn't Put It Down
J.K. Scott weaves an incredible story as fantastic as any Indiana Jones adventure. I started this book one evening at 11pm and read until 3am. I couldn't wait to get back to it the next evening and read another 3 hours and finished the book wanting more. The success of this book is a combination of the author's gift of story telling, attention to detail, and in-depth research. If you like spellbinding action, interesting characters, and gripping historical facts, then this adventure is for you. Anxious for a sequel, I visited the author's [...] and learned that she recently returned from a Peruvian expedition where she conducted research on ancient temples, cities and civilizations for her next novel - I can't wait. Read this soon, and then ask what color will your hands be?
