Great book. Full of information. My husband, a huge Civil War Buff, absolutely loves this book!
fascinating reading
I enjoyed the information that some might find trivial, but it gave me a great background on the generally unpublished research.Where else would you find the costs of war in dollars,the female spies, for both sides, the list of Generals and where they ended up after the war etc:. It doesn't just finish at the end of the war.
