Editorial Reviews

Album Description
The Unicorns' first release on Alien8 features thirteen tracks deeply rooted in careful songwriting and lo-fi pop experimentalism, backing up their reputation as Canada's most promising new band and Planet Earth's next big thing.

Customer Reviews

SWEET NOTHING!5
They know the scope of their work...........silly but sophisticated and RIDICULOUSLY catchy songs....ALL OF THEM.

You need this. If you have ever been the caretaker for a hamster or cheap petshop lizard, this is your album. This is the childhood tribute to childhood "love"....musically.

Imagine the band as BORED EAGLE SCOUTS...15-year-old, rich, apathetic, unsatisfied-with-adolescence-yet-jovial eagle scouts.

I have this CD along with 3 others in a special place5
amongst my favourite things I've collected throughout hundreds of years and myriad countries. I have a first edition signed copy of iMegaphone by Imogen Heap, the ep for my good mates' band Yves Klein Blue and a copy of this cd siting amongst these treasures. They are complete and perfect masterpieces in themselves.

What the F***?5
I never write reviews, but just had to this time. I have to tell Ira Moon(in response to her review) to shut the hell up!!! Nobody wants to read your rant about the bible; these reviews are for the music and the artists, not your biblical babble. I love The Unicorns, you might too.
