Parsley exposes the failure of the current generation of believers to engage the culture, present a relevant gospel, and lead/influence through service - and paints a vivid picture of the cost and implications of that failure.
Parsley explains how the culture wars have entered a new, critical phase for the U.S., and discusses the areas in which this war is being fought (Cultural, Scientific, Geopolitical, Media and Academia). He presents an understanding of the paradigms, assumptions, and values that animate the humanist, secularist and neo-pagan enemies of Christianity in America and offers a strategy for winning this "war" - what he calls a New Great Awakening - and how evangelism, social action the engagement of culture fit into that plan.

Rod Parsley..........A True Voice
This book is great for exposing this country and its issues. We are truly in a battle with this raging foolishness that is happening everyday in this country. We need to stand up for our moral beliefs in a time where morals mean nothing. Rod Parsley has done a very good job with explaing the problems we have in this nation, and its about time for Pastors to jump on board and do the same thing. Stop being such a chicken hiding behind your pulpit and grow a back bone and stand up for the truth just like Rod Parsley!
Culturally Incorrect
Must read book for every American. hristian and non-Christian alike. Very good subject for todays mixed up society.
psychotic
Having watched rod parsley's career over the last two decades as sort of perverse amusement, I have watched Rod become more and more insane as each year passed - from laying physically on mountains of mail, describing fantasies with the 'firm young Galilean thighs sliding over a steaming white horse' to rants about the evils of the american government and the thinly disguised need for an american theocracy, his creation of the non-accredited and wonderfully bizarre bible college, his wearing battle fatigues in his church for about 3 years. If this guy wasn't such a trip, I would be very scared of him. I hear McCain picked him for a
spiritual advisor - Please Lord say it ain't so!! This guy is really, really out there.
