These scissors offer way more cutting power than just about anyone can muster with muscle alone, and best of all, it’s effortless. You can’t help but love a product that makes life so much easier, especially for folks who suffer from arthritis.

You can cut nearly anything with these, from delicate pattern paper to sheet vinyl flooring and window screening, with just the press of a button. Our favorite job for these, though, is to easily slice into that impossible-to-open, hard plastic packaging that seems to be on most everything these days. It’s no match for these scissors.

When power scissors first came out, there wasn’t too much concern about ergonomics, but we know so much more these days about how important that is. Black & Decker’s made this power tool a treat for the body to use, with a nice cushy grip, super light weight and no force needed.

It works - Especially on Blister Packs
I love it....not enough for 5 stars because I think its huge. But I love it due to the CUTTING power it has.

I often purchase products online and for my kids.....and BLISTER packs annoy me. These scissors can easily chomp through the blister packs and even those pesky wire ties in kids toys.

We got them as a GOLD BOX Deal and I couldnt be happier with the price, the speedy shipping and the B&D quality.

They earn a solid 4+ stars in my book and are a permanent part of the drawer in the kitchen.

Excellent!
Excellent product! I don't mind cutting into plastic merchandising containers, now. These scissors cut through everything with such ease. Happy to own a product that actually does what I had hoped it would do.

Great Paper Cutting Power Tool
Perhaps I was expecting too much from the tool wizards at Black & Decker when they introduced the B&D 3.6V Cordless Scissors. Ergonomically perfect, but truth be told this product simply cannot negotiate plastic clam shelled packaging. With limited results, I tested the fully charged scissors on sail canvas. The battery was in drain mode after about 30 minutes of continuous use. I'll go back to shears. No longer in the 30 day return window, it looks like I am now the proud owner of one great looking paper cutting power tool.
