This hose reel is awesome.
I have had cast plastic reels in the past and they last one or two seasons. The product is sturdy and was easy to put together and mount.

Phrighteningly Phenomenal Phroduct
I installed this a couple of weeks ago, and it works like a charm. I kick myself for having wasted so much money on cheap plastic hose reels that fall apart and are awkward to operate. I used to procrastinate about putting my sprinkler out, and then procrastinate about reeling it in again. This product reels hose as smooth as butter but is built like an iron locomotive. It is a PLEASURE to operate this thing. One warning: You have to be a little bit handy to mount it to your house, e.g. able to find studs and operate a drill.

Rapid Reel parallel wall reel
This hose reel is the best thing on the market. I had absolutely no problems assembling the reel. The instructions are written so you can mount the hose reel to your house, I installed on a post. The figures were clear and concise. Don't bother with the anti-kink spring. It only caused my feed connection at the house to leak. I took the spring out and that took care of that. Tell everyone about this hose reel. Do not waste your time looking elsewhere.
