not a good role model for girls
One good thing is that this clock is easy to use, it is easy to set up right out of the package and easy functioning, my 7-year old can understand it.

On the flip side, this clock is very lightweight, seems very chinsy, falls easily off bedside table when pressing any button, need two hands to hold in order to snooze or turn on nightlight if doing manually.

But the worst thing about this clock is that the responses to the fortune teller option where you can ask yes or no questions are almost always negative. This does not help a little girls budding self-esteem when she asks positive questions such as, "am I pretty?" or "does so-and-so like me?", when most of the answers are something like, "I don't THINK so!" or "highly unlikely" or some other snotty remark, not something I'd want my little girl repeating in any case. In fact I've never heard a positive answer at all, but my daughter says she has once in the four months she's owned it.

I would not recommend this product, especially for the price.
