Good sound given the Size
I got my Vers yesterday and, while I did not expect miracles from such a small system, it definitely sounds better than many other iPod speakers I had heard, including, in my opinion, better than Bose's product. It also looks more traditional and, in my opinion, more elegant, than many other iPod accessories.

The set up was painless and literally took two minutes.

The sound is "big" enough to fill my living room, and that is all I really wanted. I am yet to try and see if there would be any difference in sound when playing WAV files on the iPod rather than Apple Lossless (I avoid mp3s).

No problems with it so far. I am giving it 4 stars out of 5 because I have only had it for a day and am being cautious.

Perfect compact sound system!
I bought this iPod dock on the recommendation from a friend and from an article on it in Dwell magazine. The wood is great, but I also what they've done to make it more environmentally friendly. It also puts out more sound then I expected for it's compact size. I highly recommend this one.

Beautiful and sounds amazing!
The most beautiful iPod dock I have ever seen or owned...and I have owned quite a few. I cannot get over the real wood finish and the overall simplicity, clearly it was well thought-out and designed for a true music lover (not a gadget geek!). The sound performance is wonderful and exceeded my lofty expectations. The wood cabinet just sounds so refreshing and pure; and is huge upgrade versus plastic. Oh...did I mention the look of the wood- just love it. Vers now has a permanent home in my Cherry Kitchen so I can listen to my favorite tunes every morning with my coffee. Now if they just made one to match my bedroom, and office.....
