Product Description

ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR, 11th edition presents classic and emerging organizational behavior trends and research, making the subject both accessible and meaningful for students. To make the connection between theory and practice, the authors include timely examples, exercises, and high-interest cases. To help students focus and understand the importance of organizational behavior, the authors introduce seven managerial competencies that are essential to being an effective leader or member of an organization. These competencies are introduced early and woven throughout in special features, exercises, and an interactive self-assessment tool.

Editorial Reviews

Review
The text contains relevant theories and concepts, is easy to read, presents material in a colorful fashion, includes current cases/examples, is multi-dimensional (questionaires, competency checks, etc.). I am generally satisfied with the text.

The text is logically organized and the authors’ views of organizational behavior topics to cover is consistent with my own. Although I rearrange some of the material to suit my teaching preferences, the text has excellent topic coverage. I am very satisfied with the general content, layout, and supplements provided with the text.

The text was very comprehensive, focused on managerial competencies and was very current in its literature review. Overall I was very satisfied with the text.

Buying books on-line5
I bought this and many other books on-line, this is the best way to go. The books are much cheaper than the campus bookstores. Most of the books says used but they look and are in great condition. I even got my daughter who is away at college purchasing books on-line from Amazon.com. You must check it out for yourself..

i just put an order, could you please mail it to me in these 2 days?5

I have selected expedite mailing method. Need the book urgently. By the way, I need the CD-ROM and Printed Access Card InfoTrac 1-Semester which is attached with the book. Thanks.

Not enough disclosure3
I did recieve my book in a timely fashion but the seller should have mentioned that the book was excessivley marked up. All the chapter questions where done in pencil(at lease they can be erased), It has been customery for sellers to note that the books are highlighted and/or pen or pencil marked. I wasn't happy since I do look for this type of disclosure when selecting a buyer.
