Customer Reviews
Great books
I loved these books as a kid, I'm hoping my son will enjoy these mysteries as well.
Great books for kids.
These are great books for kids in a day when authors think kids are fair game for their progressive ideas.
The boxcar Children
The Boxcar Children series is about 4 orphans living with their grandfather. My son loves these books and so do I. Not only are they fun to read, it's fun to try to solve the mystery that unwinds in each one. These books are perfect for 2-5th grade. Older children tend to think they are immature. They are lower level (k-3)AR books, book levels vary. They are a refreshing change from Beasts, fighting, and violence. They teach family values, compassion and thinking skills. It is best to start with Boxcar #1 and then they can be read in any order. Happy reading!
