Product Description

Teen Miracles is the perfect antidote for the struggles teens face as they come of age in a hectic world. Teens have long needed the unique uplift that only comes from amazing stories—incidents which prove that, however much teens may suffer through violence at school, illness and disability, drugs and peer pressure, bullying and negative body image, someone unseen is looking out for them and caring for their welfare.

In Teen Miracles, more than fifty American teenagers shed their tough exteriors to reveal their faith, hope, and courage. Each was transformed by one event that brought out their best selves, eliciting a strength of character they never knew they possessed.

Teens will be inspired by these remarkable young adults:

·Barbara, who had a flash of intuition . . . and saved a suicidal friend
·Sam, a teen lifeguard who used his insight about ADD to rescue a child from drowning
·Rachel, whose love saved a cocaine baby’s life
·Jodie, who somehow knew from across town just when her twin, Jennifer, needed help
·Jean-Paul, who was able to rescue a child because he was confined to a wheelchair

At once life-affirming and thought-provoking, Teen Miracles transports readers beyond the slings and arrows of adolescence to reveal startling insights into the miracles of the world around them.

Customer Reviews

Great read--even for adults!5
This is an unusually well written anthology of very compelling stories. Each is of great interest in its own right. Teenagers and pre-teens and young adults will find much to entertain and inspire. A great gift.
