Fun, but doesn't stay together
We got this as a gift for my son's second birthday. He loves Elmo, and loves playing with this toy. But the constructed Elmo figure doesn't stay together. The arms, legs and head fall off at the slightest careful touch, which is not something that most 2-year olds have mastered. So, while it's nice for creative play, it's frustrating for him to not be able to play with the finished product.
Very cute, but doesn't hold together well!
We have a few of these building sets. They are all very cute! My daughter just loves them!
They are easy to put together, and you can mix and match pieces which is kind of fun!
HOWEVER, they don't stay together very well. Some parts and some characters seem to work a little better than others, but certain heads and legs and arms just don't want to stay put! This is somewhat frustrating. If you were to just leave them on a shelf it would not be a problem, but for playing this can get a little annoying... Bummer, 'cause like I mentioned a few times now, they ARE really cute!
Elmo Building Set
I bought this for my 2 year old daughter and she played with it briefly, but than tired of it quickly. There is only one way to put the pieces in the box and if you don't do it right elmo won't fit - we already lost a couple of pieces.
