	Samsung LN52A550 52-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV Buy new: $1,279.88 / Used from: $1,248.95 Samsung is what I own, and I love it! Great picture quality and a solid product. Remember that if you are not viewing a LCD TV straight on, the picture quality will appear 'off' to you. These have a fairly narrow viewing angle, and if viewed from the side they appear dark.
	Samsung DVD-1080P8 1080p Upconverting DVD Player Buy new: $79.95 / Used from: $34.95 I also own tis product. It's a good player, even when paired with a 720p HDTV that will only upconvert to 1080i. There's a pronounced picture quality difference between upconverting with an HDMI cable hook-up and your standard dvd players.
	Monster MC 1000HD-2M Ultra-High Speed HDTV HDMI Cable (2 meters) Buy new: Too low to display / Used from: $26.95 These would be the HDMI cables of choice for those who can afford them, but I have to admit I buy mine for under $10 and they work flawlessly for me.
	Belkin HDMI to HDMI Cable (12 feet) Buy new: $10.82 / Used from: $8.00 I use something similar to this Belkin brand cable. Make sure you get one that is long enough for your needs!
	Sony BDP-S350 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player Buy new: $393.48 / Used from: $140.00 I don't own one of these yet, but my sister does and she loves it! I know you can get them for under the $200 mark now, but you may want to give it 6-12 months (gather up some cheap Blu-Ray disks while you're at it...) to see if you can get one for $150 or less.
