I cant believe it already
I just recently started using these patches and already i have so much energy and less of an appetite. I am eating much smaller portions and feeling really full. Also, I have a craving for water and its not like I have to force myself to drink it. I would reccomend this to anyone who is serious about trying to lose some weight. The fact that it is all natural is even better!
