Product Description

This tire gauge is a flashlight and also a key chain. Now every time you grab your keys you will be reminded to check your tire pressure. Proper inflation saves gas, maximizes handling increases tread life and improves safety. This compact design works great on most tires from your wheelbarrow to your 3/4 ton truck. Having a handy LED flashlight at the ready can save the day, or at least the quarter that rolled under the restaurant table.

Customer Reviews

quite accurate and nice looking tool5
It does the job right and has a nice blue backlight. I have compared it with analog (mechanical) tire pressure gauge and the measurements are the same.
It looks nice (when new), feels nice (when new), and is compact enough to sit on the car key chain (just a little bigger than a car remote). LED light is weak but enough to see the valve in the dark.

UPDATED May 17, 2007: It got scratched easily, the battery was replaced once while it was barely used. It does not look nice anymore and is not carried everyday. It's more a gadget than a tool but still does the work when needed.

Final rate: 2 stars.

Accutire makes better than this1
It's too small to try and hold for car tires. Takes too long to register. You have to first push the ready button to "wake it up". The gauge is fickle about how you press it against the tire nozzle. Hard to read in bright sunlight. I plan on abandoning this thing at the air station at the gas station. It's better than guessing, but I won't keep it.

The Accutire MS-4021 would be the way to go. I bought this one a few years ago for another car and it works fast, automatically lights & has no buttons. Another good gauge is something like the Milton Dial Type Tire Gauge.

broken?1
so i received this as a christmas present and i am experiencing the same problems as the other person about how the display doesnt read anything, the flashlight comes on inconsistently. i am going to have to send it back!
