Solid science, but patches keep falling off
I've seen the science behind this product, so I believe that it really works to reduce most scars when used properly. HOWEVER, in my first week with it I've already gone thru 2 patches because of the not-so-strong adhesive (they allot 1 patch per week, with the idea that you take it off part of the day and wash and put it back on every day that week.) I had laparoscopic abdominal surgery a few weeks ago and have 4 small scars on my stomach in different places, so as directed I'm cutting each sheet into smaller pieces. But my abdominal patches keep falling off in the middle of the day or while I sleep. (Within the first day I realized I could never use it for the scar on the back of my hand for this very reason.)

The directions say that you can put bandage tape over the silicone sheets to make them stay in place, but this makes it even trickier to re-use the sheets for a week. Overall, the idea of washing an adhesive and laying it somewhere to dry (with adhesive side up) seems rather nonsensical to me. Luckily this kit provides the gel serum, so I'm going to keep using that and hoping it works, since the science is so strong.

I do not see any progress
I have been using this for my ginormous scar "34 sutures". I do not see any difference on the appearace of the scar. I have been using it for 3 months, will continue as I purchase two packages of 12 large strips and 1 box of small. I also use the serum, nothing either!! Very Dissapointed!
Ohh!! the free storage case barely fit one of the small strips, what a waste of plastic.
