Its garbage - Don't listen the reviews
I followed the reviews here and ordered one. The build quality is terrible. If you move the cord, it creates a ton of static - so bad, callers couldn't even hear me.

I returned it minutes later.

Headset Feedback
We have used the Panasonic KX-TCA60 for many years. We have found them to work great however, they fail regularly and have a short lifespan. Of the two I purchased on my last order one failed out of the box and the other is fine. Due to the low cost of the headsets the cost to return it under warranty is more the just purchasing a new unit.

Five Stars
This is the second KX-TCCA60 set I've bought, because the quality is superior. I drive a noisy truck, and no other headset I've tried, has the clarity and noise reduction that this provides. First, my clients hear me clearly without the wind/noise that surrounds me. Second, I hear my clients loud and clear in those same conditions. And no amplifier, booster, noise reduction, needed.

I use two phones on the road, and two at home. The most difficult to use with headphones has been the Treo700w, but now the problem is solved.
