This book helped me understand what we would be going through in the hospital. The best information this book provided was that birth is a very unpredictable process and it's best to just relax and roll with it. Just because you have a plan doesn't mean the birth will happen the way you expected.

This was great for the growing tummy and itchy areas. It also helped with stretch mark prevention. If you put it on right out of the shower it absorbs easily. The fragrance is very mild.
