This sucker is solid silicone. A bit heavy, a bit floppy, but nice and well apportioned. It is completely smooth. The picture suggests ripples to me, so I was surprised by that. But, some fun condoms can add texture. The vibrating unit is about the size of my pinky and fits snuggly into the base. It send vibrations all through the shaft of varying strengths. The vibrations are tough to adjust while using unless you are one of those cirque du soleil folks. The little vibrating unit is so powerful that it nearly flies off the palm of my hand when lying there on full power. With the vibrating unit removed from the core in the end, it has enough suction to actually stick to the wall of my porcelain tub. Just squeeze the base and stick. For me the material requires significant amounts of lube, but warms up and washes up quickly. Overall, a very nice product.
