Good power, easy to find batteries, does the trick!
There have been scattered reviews about this product on Amazon, so I would advise that you look at the same product in other colors to get a more broader scope on how people feel about this product, but I'll drop in my $.02 here.

Received it and my woman gave it a field test yesterday. First off, the plastic is smooth and nice to the touch, so it'll slide exactly where you want it. However, I would suggest being careful with dropping it or throwing it in the heat of passion, because it will break.

The vibration on it is just as good as other bullets out there. It's actually strong enough for you to not want to put it in the money spot right away. There's only one speed, but what do you expect from it? :-)

The batteries are easy and cheap to get, especially online. Search for the kind of battery you need (AG13 or LR44. They're the same battery) and you'll find places online that sell them for cheap, cheap, cheap. I bought a 50 pack actually for around the price of a cup of coffee at Starbucks. Just do some searching. The bullet takes 3 batteries, and they claim that they last around 80 minutes. Depending on how much you use it, you might want to invest in many spares.

Another issue that has come up with the Screaming O is the fact that the casing cracks when you open and close the battery compartment. I could see how that would happen, but only if you tried to force it closed. It closes with ease if the two sides are lined up properly to screw it closed, but if you force it at any time, it will definitely crack. It's not as strong of a plastic as other toys out there, but it was never made for that.

I would think that it would be great for ladies "on the go", because it blends into your purse easily. As for the field test, it worked out really well with her. It was easy for her to use, and it fit perfectly so she could close her legs and keep it there. I definitely reaped the benefits of that afterwards :-D It's always good to have a helping hand, even when you don't need it!

Indeed a rip off. This came in my order of a few books, etc. This looked like it was thrown in as an after-thought. Opened the package, pushed on the end button and ....nothing worked. Checked out the batteries, and all 3 button cell batteries are dead/useless. I have never been disappointed shopping at Amazon before, but feel that this was a rip off, even though it is a cheap item, it was supposed to have working batteries included.
I can't send it back as the package has been opened, but want Amazon and customers to know that things like this do happen.

No satisfaction
I bought this product and was not satisfied, literally. Upon receiving it, the battery was low and when I went to replace the battery, I found that it was not a common one you find in stores. I highly recommend not buying this toy!
