Buy used from: $7.50 This was hailed by Entertainment Weekly as being one of the scariest movies of all time. For me, the strange, brightly colorful sets were interesting to look at....and that was it. The movie itself was embarrassing to watch; definitely NOT scary. There were perhaps two *slightly* creepy moments in the entire film. Otherwise it was a silly waste of time.

Buy used from: $3.13 This reads like a really bad romance novel. There's no plot, the characters are hollow stereotypes (the whole tortured, self-loathing, good-guy vampire thing has been done to death, and don't even get me started on the 'heroine') the dialogue is horribly cheesy, the romance is forced, and the villain is so over-the-top I could cringe. WHY IS THIS SERIES SO POPULAR???

Buy used from: $2.69 First off, I didn't hate this book. Just the fact that I finished it says a lot. However, it wasn't *nearly* as interesting as I thought it was going to be. It was often very boring, and there was no emotional investment whatsoever. Despite its originality (and rather shocking conclusion), it just seemed kind of pointless.

Buy new: $19.99 / Used from: $4.59 The story was dull, the characters lacked all of their usual depth, the puzzles were either ridiculously easy or just boring & tedious, there was only one lousy mini-game, and there was NO suspense or climax at the end. I have never been this disappointed by a Nancy Drew game.

Buy used from: $0.01 I tried to get into this book. I really did. But after nearly 200 pages of predictable, mediocre storytelling and one painfully tacked-on love scene between the two boring main characters, I couldn't take it anymore.
