This is one spatula you won't find melted up against the side of the stove. Heat resistant to 500 degrees F, it's crafted from a sturdy silicone that won't scratch or scrape nonstick cooking surfaces. The 7-1/2-inch handle allows you to get a good grip, while an elongated, flexible blade makes it easy to scrape the last drop of batter from the flat bottom and deep sides of a typical mixing bowl. (Whatever you do, don't tell the kids you'll be using it; they might just go on strike.) Good spatula
I took one star away from my review because I think the silicone spatula is too hard. It would be perfect if more flexible as my Le Creuset set of spatulas (see my other review).
But overall, if you have a long and narrow Kitchenaid bowl like mine, this is the tool you need.

Nearly perfect performance in the kitchen
I purchased this a while back and waited patiently for months to get it because it was on backorder. Spatulas are probably one of my most used items in the kitchen because I bake so much. This one is a winner. It goes great with my Kitchenaid Pro 600 mixer. The long handle gets to the bottom of the huge bowl easily. The only thing that might knock it down a half star is that the handle leaks water. I stopped putting it in the dishwasher and it never leaks now, but just something to think about. I like the feel of the kinda weighted handle on it though. Worth the wait for me!

Good quality spatula!
This is a good quality spatula! It's nice and durable, with a strong scraper - it gets everything you're trying to scrape from the side of the bowl. The handle has a good grip to it and doesn't flex or bend, which makes it easy to hold.
