The prevailing theme throughout the book is the clinical correlations that are seen with EMG/NCS abnormalities. The disease-oriented chapters cover the major diagnoses seen in the EMG lab. Each disease chapter reviews briefly the important clinical historical and physical exam findings which are then followed by differential diagnosis of other conditions mimicking the original syndrome.
