Shipping problems
The product is perfect. However it was not packaged for mailing properly and the pump to was broken. It also had leaked all over the inside of the box.
Not the same product as in the smaller pumps.
I usually buy large refill bottles of GermX from Walmart for around $7, but for some reason they don't seem to carry it any more. I had also read that it's recommended to use hand sanitizer with at least 65% alcohol, ya know, to actually kill the germs. So, knowing that GermX is only 63% and that the small pump bottles of Purell are 65%, I thought I'd go ahead and spend the extra (about $20!) cash for the jumbo Purell.
Well, I won't do it again. This product only has 62% alcohol and to be quite honest, it doesn't smell nearly as pleasant as the GermX.
Over-priced & under-sanitized = unhappy customer.
