Nice Shoes!4
These shoes are really cute! I bought them in silver hoping to get a true silver shoe. But, this silver color has a lot of brown in it making it more of a light pewter than silver. But, that doesn't get it 4 stars. Since the toe narrows as it goes forward, this shoe does not run true to size. I normally buy a 9.5M which gives me a little room, and prevents the stretch that I might get in leather shoes when I buy a 9M. However, that narrowness at the top made the shoes fit a little too snug, and as the day wore on I was dying to take them off. Having said that, I did feel the shoe beginning to give with my foot - which is normally what leather does - and I believe that one or two more wears will fix this issue. People may think this sounds crazy, why do you keep a shoe that is a little tight? Because, since my foot is on the narrow side of M, most shoes spread wide around my foot when I walk... I hate that look. It's like this pocket of air that puffs the shoe out and with leather materials, that gap gets wider over time. I like shoes with a closer fit through the middle of the shoe that will mold to my feet... that's why I'm keeping them.

Another thing to consider is that my arch is so high that flats usually hurt my feet because they are TOO flat. I didn't have this issue with these shoes. Besides the toe part, the rest of my foot was really comfortable and I can see myself getting great use out of these shoes over time. Bottom line is, depending on your preferences, you may want to 1/2 size up.

Overall though, from the chick who had serious issues moving into the whole "ballerina" flat dress shoe style, this shoe is definitely a keeper. Looks great on, with a suit or jeans.
