I LOVE 245
24 is one of my favorite shows ever. Excellent buy because there is no commercials to wait through or waiting to find out what happens next week. I love this series!!!!

WHY THE HELL DIDN'T THEY JUST KILL HIM4
This was a good season. But I have to say that a lot of the things that went down this season could have been prevented from happening. But what really pissed me off in the end was after Josh shot Phillip and Jack intercepted. The damn kid clearly saw Phillip with the chip and didn't say anything about it. Everyone kept saying how scared and angry the Josh was, but if his head was clear enough to shoot Phillip, then he was clear enough to know to tell Jack about the chip, which was the whole purpose for why the whole situation was happening in the first place. I haven't even finished watching the last show yet because this alone has pissed me the hell off. I will finish writing when I get done watching, but I don't have to be a genius to figure out what is about to happen next. Stay tuned......

15 minutes later..

Somehow, I do not feel relieved at how this season ended. I don't believe the other Bauer is dead because I haven't seen the body. Therefore, I still think the component is out there. And I highly doubt that a man like Phillip Bauer was just going to lie there and take the end without at least giving up a fight. I'm giving this season 3 stars because of how it ended. Yet I will leave the 4 star rating because of the overall accomplishments of the rest of the season that ended with the killing of Abu Fayed. Everything else after that sunk the remainder of the show and was not needed. I'm losing my faith in 24.

What happened?2
Most of the other reviews here have captured the disappointment of 24 fans. I was, and suppose am still, the kind of fan that forbade anyone to call or interupt me while watching the show. I wanted to be swept up in it and often was. Even though some elements of the show repeated themselves over the seasons, it was still done in a fresh and suspenseful way. The sixth season? It became almost a parody of itself. Too many torture scenes, too much patriotic rhetoric pounded over our heads as justificition for what was happening, too little interpersonal interaction. One of the reasons Season 5 was so good was that we got to see more sides of characters like Buchanan, or the arc Karen Hayes had, or the complex relationships between the Logans. I won't beat a dead horse with more critique, but here's to hoping season 7 will bring back the edge of your seat excitement we all love about the show...
