This is the first novella about the series. It takes us into the first season up till the episode of "Forgiveness and Stuff." It does condense the epsidoes nicely, but some things should have been expanded upon. The struggle Rory has with the Chilton set it glossed over, and the first day or the deer hitting the car is not even mentioned. Primarily focuses on Rory and Dean.
