Better than expected
Received the chair and set instructions was easy to follow. It was cumbersome to get out of the box and move into the corner where I wanted it set up. My first experience with this chair was in a Brookstone store in the mall during Christmas 2007. Brookstone wanted $4000 before tax so when I saw it on Amazon for 70% off MSRP I jumped right on it.
I bought it for my wife for her stiff neck and back and she LOVES it! The first time she used it she popped her back - a good thing. It was hurting her for months. Her blood pressure instantly went down to normal; doctor has taken her off blood-pressure medication; she brags to her friends about her new chair; and she uses it daily. The best feature... I don't have to give her massages any more.

Keep the boxes you'll need 'em
Another one of those Chinese chairs. You better keep the boxes (the size of a refrigerator) you'll need them. My chair worked good for 3 days then the computer chip went out. Took 30 days to get another one from China. I had to install it. Once installed the chip was faulty and it blew the chair up. That's right the chair exploded. Burnt a hole in my carpet. Took another 30 days to work out some kind of return. There is no service or support for these chairs. You'll jump through more hoops than you can ever imagine once something goes bad or wears out. There is an awful of moving parts. They look good, they sound good but they are made of inferior junk. Don't buy them you'll be sorry!
