It's a good one.
It has all of the basics covered. There are several pills and different forms of omegas. I like that. It's not too expensive. Note though if you begin to use this product regularly and chose the free shipping option, make sure you have a 10 day supply on hand. I've bought it a few times and used the free shipping. 9-10 days is the usual. So don't get in a hurry.

great omega supplement
I started this supplement abt 3 months ago when my previous supplement program was getting too complicated...this is an complete omega supplement. 1 packet a day and your omega needs are covered..I have been taking this with animal pak, and animal flex..I order from All Star Health they are GREAT with delivery....and I feel great ! no joint pain or skin issues ....weight,sleep and energy are good also..taking this trio from Animal...makes complete supplementation more simple..
