Fantastic introduction to yoga
I can't praise this book highly enough! My husband and I learned basic yoga from this great little book... it is so simple & clear, even klutzes like us were able to figure out the poses! Yoga has been a great addition to our lives. If you're thinking about starting yoga, or just curious what it's all about, you won't go wrong with this book.
Life changing!
This book is so accessible. The instruction and illustrations made my fears of yoga simply disappear by presenting the forms in a "you can easily do this" fashion.
