Just like real pasta!
Tinkyada pasta is amazing - great texture, consistency, and taste. It doesn't add any flavors you aren't expecting the way pasta made from quinoa does. You can cook it different lengths so you get firmer or softer pasta, just like wheat pasta. I highly recommend any of the Tinkyada pastas. When I found out I was allergic to wheat, I missed my pasta dishes the most. I don't miss pasta anymore! Wheat AND gluten-free.
