One can hardly imagine this album without the CHIC sound. Nile Rodgers did excellent work turning Bowie into an 80s dance icon.

This is essentially CHIC's Madonna project...Nile is producing and the CHIC band core plays on it...The CHIC sound gave Madonna her breakthrough album..."Like A Virgin" sounds sooo CHIC!

Bernard Edwards gave Robert Palmer two monster hits with this album also features Tony Thompsons drumming. Listen to "Addicted To Love".

This Duran Duran album, produced by Nile, is a CHIC as the Duran boys has ever sounded. Produced from the floor of the studio. Listen to "Notorious".

Bernard Edwards produced a few tracks on this album. "When Smokey Sings" is the hit, but "The Day You Murdered Love" is the most CHIC like track.

One could almost call this Nile Rodgers third solo-album. Rodgers formed the group Outloud with Felicia Collins and Phillipe Saisse, and they released this one album. Listen to "Square Business".

New band & new girls but a great comeback, should've faired better on the charts though. "High" & "Take My Love" are favorites of mine.
