A delightful three-course meal for lovers of erotic romance4
Damned, Delicious, and Dangerous is a collection of three erotic, paranormal tales that serves as a three-course meals for lovers of erotic romance.

In the first course, "The Demon Lord's Cloak" by Delilah Devlin, we meet an innocent girl who is in the wrong place at the wrong time, and the dark, arrogant lord who wants her for his own. Voletta enters a tavern in Daemonburg because she's lost her cloak, but she doesn't realize that she will become a sacrifice that the villagers deliver once every century to keep their town from eternal damnation. She is delivered to Damien, Lord Malphas, a brooding stranger who remains trapped in his castle with only his 100-year-sacrifices for company. As human women don't generally live that long, Damien spends a lot of time on his own. Luckily for him, Voletta isn't human.

In "Night Sins" by Lisa Renee Jones, the heroine is a Watcher, a warrior who is sworn to protect humankind from the creatures who walk the night. The Council Kayla serves would like her to work alone to defeat the evil that roams the streets. But when a group of women are murdered who are all connected to one man, a vampire named Ethan, Kayla decides to defy authority and go to the source for help. It isn't really her fault that Ethan is the one male with the ability to rouse her passion. And though Ethan wants nothing more than to keep her safe, he finds it's hard to keep a kick-butt, take-charge woman like Kayla from doing exactly what she wants. With his first instinct being to protect her, Ethan and Kayla join forces to find out who is behind the murders. Night Sins serves as the main course in this collection--it's fulfilling, but it really just leaves you hungry for dessert.

And dessert comes in the form of "The Devil's Paradise" by Megan Kerans. The Devil's Paradise is The Last Resort Hotel, a place where the wanton and soulless are drawn to live out a weekend of decadence. The hotel manager, Dash, is there to maintain order, and to clean up the messes left by his hotel's depraved inhabitants. When Justice Malloy shows up, Dash is convinced that she isn't as innocent and guileless as she appears. Something drove her to his hotel, and he's determined to find out what. Checking his moral compass, Dash sees that Justice seems to be just an ordinary woman. But as no one leaves the Last Resort until the revelry has ended, he doesn't see any reason why they can't have fun in the meantime.

Damned, Delicious, and Dangerous was an enjoyable three-course meal for lovers of erotica. The Demon Lord's Cloak was a good start to this series. It was short and sweet, but left me wanting more. Night Sins was probably my favorite of the collection, but only because it made me curious about the characters enough to want to check out Jones's other work, which is the primary reason I read anthologies in the first place. And The Devil's Paradise was a sweet ending to an otherwise red-hot collection. I enjoyed these stories separately and together, and would definitely recommend this collection to a friend.

three lighthearted paranormal exotic romances 4
"The Demon Lord's Cloak" by Delilah Devlin. Voletta is the sacrifice left naked and tied for the fallen angel Damien to devour. However, instead of the usual fear he sees in the women dumped on him, she welcomes his touch.

"Night Sins" by Lisa Renee Jones. In Las Vegas, Ethan the vampire and Kayla the watcher know a relationship between them is taboo by both their species; however, neither can resist the lure of the other.

"The Devil's Paradise" by Megan Kerans. Dash gave away his soul centuries ago leaving himself condemned for eternity until he meets wedding planner Justice who plans a gala at The Last Resort Hotel, but nothing is like she expected when she meets the soulless one.

These are three lighthearted paranormal exotic romances starring likable female humans who go after DAMNED, DELICIOUS AND DANGEROUS hunks with no fears in their hearts.

Not Bad4
I'll rate by the author for each short story.
Delilah Devlin's- It's ok. Not very hot. Story kind of boring.

Lisa Renee Jones- Well at least the character was hot. Better than Delilah's. Actually this one was pretty good- I am usually pretty hard on this author. This was the best I've read from her.

Megan Kearns- A couple hot scenes. Not bad at all. I liked this one too.

Should have rated 3 stars, but I messed up.
If you can buy it on sale, then do it. Otherwise, wait.
