if Diabetic - you'll love it !!
I found out I was a diabetic in Aug, tried with diet and pill and could only get my numbers down to the mid 130's. I read a bunch of articles on how they are doing research on the effects of Aloe juice to BS levels. A very high percentage of people had thier numbers LOWER. So I figured hey, why not try it, it has no known drug interaction, so it definitly won't hurt me and it has all the other side benefits.
I tried it .. man - the 1st time you try it - DO NOT try it plain and room temp - WOW - YUCK. What I do is drink it cold, and people reccomend mixing it in juice - which I can't being diabetic, so I mix in cherry 7-up or a fruit punch sugar free powder mix that i made a bit strong. 2-3 oz sugar free punch to 1 oz aloe juice.
results so far - 8 days after drinking 1 oz per day and changing NOTHING ELSE - I average 115 .. down 20 points !!!!

I highly reccomend this item !!!!

5x Concentrate is the best for your buck
My naturopathic doctor ordered me to take 1 oz every day for several months. Aloe Vera is proven to heal leaky gut syndrome if you have that....
This is the 5x strength concentrate. So it has 5x the polysacharides that are the "good stuff" that gives aloe it's benefits. The label claims no hexanes are used for extraction either, which is a plus.

I will say that the taste is pretty horrible...tastes like you are drinking strong perfume. However a friend told me to try mixing it with grapefruit juice. I mix 1 oz aloe with 2 oz grapefruit juice and its quite tolerable....as long as I immediately chase it down with chocolate milk. God help you if you burp! The concentrate is quite a bit stronger in taste per a friend who has tried the regular strenth...but I choose to get the extra benefit.

I still recommend the 5x concentrate if healing your gut lining is your goal
