No refund for returning my purchase to Grooming-Pet-Supplies.
I ordered this coat for my Sch-i-poo using the measurements listed on Grooming-Pet-Supplies'site. However, when I received the Medium Dog Coat, it was too small in the leg and chest area. I sent it back to the company over a week ago as a return and have yet to have my account credited. Very dissatisfied with my purchase from Grooming-Pet-Supplies!!! I shop on Amazon quite a bit and always have a pleasant experience, all but this exception.

Great Material but pinches under arms
This coat was exactly what I was looking for as far as a waterproof exterior and something warm and cozy on the inside. The fleece felt real nice. However, the armpits were too tight for my little Min Pin. I measured him and ordered the Medium because he is 13" long but it was too big. We returned the first coat and the customer service rep @ Spoil Ur Pets was very accomodating and helpful. Unfortunately the small was too small and did the underarm pinching. We had to find something different because my dog fell in between sizes, but I highly recommend it for keeping your dog dry AND warm if you find a good size.
