the dance volume should have definitely had all 12" versions!
This series is so close but yet so far from being perfect. Every volume gives you a load of 7" versions you can get on any other compilations, and throws in just a handful of 12" versions to make it different. This volume gives a few more 12" versions than the others, but still too many short versions for my taste. Here, you get the long versions of: rapture (9:59), hyperactive (5:04), tarzan boy (6:13)(the US 12"), we don't have to take our clothes off (5:52), big fun (7:40), s'express (5:58), pump up the jam (5:22), and Keep on Movin (5:46)

Retro 80's, Vol. 4
I admit it. I broke my rule and bought this disc for "One" song. Jermaine Stewart's "We Don't Have to take our Clothes Off." When the song broke in the late-80's, I snatched it up on 12-inch wax, as I had done the same thing on wax for "The Word is Out" in 1984!! What can I say, I'm a fan of Jermaine Stewart!

I've been looking for "Retro 80's, Vol. 4" for well over a year, and someone decided to give up their "used" copy. I had to pay $26(US) to get it (ouch!), but as the saying goes, "get it before someone else does." Besides, as this disc's availability is SEVERLY limited, I just had to buy it! There are other good tunes on the disc, but until the day dawns that I can buy Jermaine's work at domestic, this was a bullet that I was willing to bite!
