Mid-70s disco soul from the group made up of members Barbara Roy (nee Gaskins), Althea 'Cookie' Smith, Alan Tizer, Billy Gardner and Joseph Williams Jr. This 1974 album was produced by Philly soul arranger/songwriter Bobby Martin and contains the bonus tracks: 'Touch And Go' (7 inch version), 'There's So Much Love All Around Me', 'Dance The Night Away', 'One Beautiful Day', 'Passion' and 'Touch And Go' (12 inch version). Still Sounds Great
These are some of the first songs I danced to back in the 70s. I had forgotten what a powerful voice Barbara Roy had. Wow! My only complaint is that the long version of "Touch and Go" has a couple of glitches which sucks, because that's my favorite song. I just recently got it on another collection and that one's messed up too. Anyway, pick this up for "Ask Me", "I Wouldn't Give You Up" and "Good Things Don't Last Forever"--among others! Thirty plus years on, they sound as great as ever.

I had been looking for this album for a long time until amazon put in the recomended window of there websight is like they know what youre looking for thx amazon.
I had forgotten how good this album is!
Although I still have the album, I haven't listened to it in years. I smiled and sang through this entire CD. Oh yeah - and it even gave me a few tears from the memories. If you remember Ecstasy, Passion and Pain - it's worth it to buy this CD. It'll really take you back!
