VERY disappointed
LOVE this dispenser BUT we had to return it TWICE ( ! ) because the plastic "straw" that actually dispenses the soap split open in the same spot so it's clearly a defect in the manufacturing. VERY disappointing because we bought the cup to go with the dispenser so we were stuck with the cup and no matching dispenser. I found the item at Pottery Barn and bought it online - only to have it also split! I bought a cheap soap dispenser and used that "straw" to fix it!
