![]() | The Black Parade by My Chemical Romance
Buy new: $11.49 / Used from: $3.47 I love My Chemical Romance! People write them off as scary, meaningless emo, but they're not at all. The vast majority of their lyrics have real meaning and the vocals are great for head-banging. =]

![]() | A Fever You Can't Sweat Out by Panic! At The Disco
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $2.99 Panic! at the Disco, back when they still held close the infamous exclamation point. A bit emo, but mostly electric-driven pop with Brendon Urie's too-amazing-for-words voice. Many tracks worth dancing to.

![]() | Pretty. Odd. by Panic at the Disco
Buy new: $9.99 / Used from: $6.10 Panic at the Disco, post "Fever", post exclamation point, much matured as artists and ready to offer something more then emo pop (not that we were complaining). In this Beatles-inspired album, Panic shows off a whole new side of themselves, and the album's title just sums it up: the songs are pretty, the songs are odd.

![]() | Everything in Transit by Jack's Mannequin
Buy new: $12.99 / Used from: $6.98 Jack's Mannequin, a project of Something Corporate frontman Andrew McMahon, offers songs that are truly inspirational.

![]() | Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard
Buy new: $14.99 / Used from: $0.83 Actually, this is my least-favorite Yellowcard album, but I'm putting it on here because it's still awesome punk pop music, with the earth-shaking "Ocean Avenue" single included.

![]() | From Under the Cork Tree by Fall Out Boy
Buy new: $13.99 / Used from: $2.00 An amazing, amazing album. Regardless of whether you approve of the "new" Fall Out Boy, their old stuff, such as this and Take This to Your Grave, is priceless. Amazing music, catchy hooks, killer vocals, and Pete Wentz. What more could you ask for, really?

![]() | Infinity on High by Fall Out Boy
Buy new: $12.49 / Used from: $2.08 I personally don't think Fall Out Boy sold out, and it's not even like I'm their biggest fan. Okay, so "Thanks for the Memories" was sorely lacking. It didn't show half of what FOB has to offer. But this album as a whole is still true to the core of FOB, and I love it.

![]() | Sunsets and Car Crashes by Spill Canvas
Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $7.00 Nick, still on his own, plays a breathtaking acoustic set.
|
![]() | Every Second Counts
Buy new: $45.99 So many hits on one album! It's ridiculous. I can't get enough of PWT's teen-love lyrics, though. I just can't.
|
![]() | You're Awful, I Love You by Ludo
Buy new: $9.99 / Used from: $2.00 Ludo has a lot to offer musically, but if you don't like their style, fine. Buy this album simply for the comedy relief. "Love Me Dead"? Priceless.
|
![]() | Holly by Justin Nozuka
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $6.73 Justin posesses soul found in singers far his elder, and yet he pulls it off beautifully. Easy on the eyes, too, not that that plays a role in whether you should buy the CD. ;)

![]() | Let Go by Avril Lavigne
Buy new: $8.97 / Used from: $0.35 Avril is such a brave person and artist. She rocked the punk scene when this album dropped.
|
![]() | Metro Station by Metro Station
Buy new: $11.99 / Used from: $5.99 My personal guilty pleasure. Metro Station is SO pop, usually more than I allow myself to listen to, but they're also SO talented and SO addicting. They're not commercialized, either, which is refreshing. They're pop just 'cause they want to be. Most all the songs on this CD were recorded by the boys when their fanbase was still Myspace-centric.
