Buy new: $389.99 / Used from: $333.00 This lens came with the camera. It seems to be very well constructed and durable. It doesn't get as close as I hoped, but for the most commonly used lens that is always on the camera it seems like it would take care of most situations.

| Canon EF 35mm f/2 Wide Angle Lens for Canon SLR Cameras
Buy new: $246.95 / Used from: $198.00 This is probably going to be the most commonly used lens just for portability reasons and the fact that it seems as if it's very close to what your eyes actually see. Indoors with no flash it surprisingly takes amazingly clear shots. It feels quite durable as well.

| Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens
Buy new: $89.84 / Used from: $119.99 I was debating on the Canon 35mm F/2 or 50mm f/1.4 and being that the 35mm was a bit cheaper, I figured I'd go with that one and get this to try and eventually upgrade to the f/1.4.
This lens seems to be made of very cheap materials and is nowhere near as solid as the 35mm. Still though, I've taken some exceptionally clear shots with it.
