My DSLR. I chose it over the XT because of the larger LCD, Shake Reduction and it's solid feel. I love this camera. The kit lens is a great lens as far as Kit lenses go. I have since sold mine and upgraded.

This is my upgrade lens. I chose it over the 16-45 pentax version because it was far less and had an aperture of 2.8, not 4.0. Pentax now has a 16-50 with a 2.8 aperture, but it costs 3 times what is one does. This lens cannot be beat for the features and price. Great Lens!

Great lens, the wide aperture setting enables low light indoor photos without flash and is great for museum shots or other places where flash is not permitted. This lens is one of the top 50 primes on the market today and costs a fraction of what Canon and Nikon's f/1.4s do.

I bought this because the lower model was out of stock and I'm glad I did. This flash is awesome! The new model is below. Same thing, but updated.

Well, I own the omni bounce because it's a great diffuser, which you want. See if you can't get this not in a package, because these included batteries are inferior to the eneloops.

This was the bag that I bought to go with my rebel G, but it works so great holding all my stuff, I don't even notice the Canon lettering on the front!

This version will qualify you for the upgrade, and is also a good way to get started with Photoshop

GREAT book detailing the information you need to begin getting the most out of your DSLR! An awesome book, and a must buy!

This is a good reference. The manual is boring and terrible. This is much easier to understand.

This is the Cantrell book. My complaint with this one is the assumed advanced nature of all of her little "chats" It has good information if you can sift through her absurd recommendations for equipment. She recommends all Hasselblad and Canon Eos 1 with L series glass. Quantum Q Flash...it totals over 50,000 dollars. I prefer the Johnson book
