About the Artist
Jennifer Bloome, MS OTR, is the President of Anji, a company dedicated to providing support for women’s health and self-care. Jennifer is an Occupational Therapist, a Health and Wellness Counselor specializing in Women’s Health, and a Certified Energy Practitioner. She has trained at Herbert Benson’s Mind/Body Institute in Boston and has spoken nationally on the effects of Mind/Body medicine on women’s health.
Jennifer educates women about the Mind/Body connection, the physical and emotional effects of stress, and the benefits that come from practicing daily self-care activities.

Extremely Relaxing with Great Meditations and Visualizations
This CD contains great soothing music with wonderful imagery and meditations to help you relax. I was impressed with the level of detail given for the visualizations. Since using this product, which I do each and every night, I am now able to get a solid night's sleep!! A must purchase item for any expecting mother.
Best Meditation Hands Down
I love all Jennifer Bloome's Imagery and Meditations for pregnancy and birth. She has the best meditations hands down. My first pregnancy was very scary because I had just about every problem you could possibly have during pregnancy. Then I ended up with a very premature birth by c-section.
Needless to say, when I got pregnant again five years later, I had a fair amount of anxiety about the pregnancy and the delivery. I NEEDED to do something to calm my mind about all of my constant worrying. The answer. . . Jennifer Bloome's CD's. I listened through my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters and then used the c-section to prepare for a surgery I was scared to death to have again. It was a wonderful way to prepare.
She has a soothing voice and she uses different styles of imagery to keep things interesting. The background music is not overpowering and doesn't take away from her voice. The sessions last about 25 minutes each which is the perfect amount of time to take a break, lay on your left side and rest. I almost always fell asleep.
I have tried other meditation CD's for pregnancy and none of them even come close to being as good as Jennifer Bloome's.
Powerfull!
I love all the trimester CDs from Jennifer R. Bloome of Anji. What I was so impressed about was that I really felt great whether I was awake while I used the CD or not (I had alot of insomnia during second trimester so sometimes I used the CD to relax enough to sleep). Meditation and Imagery is always recommended that you use while awake but I felt a big difference either way. I also really loved how some of the language was about how the baby was developing and what phase we were at for each month. It felt really powerfull to be imagining the baby's healthy development as well as my own.
