complete menopause vitamins
Complete Menopause vitamins have enabled me to go completey off hormone replacement therapy which I had been on for the past thirteen years. I have more energy and very few hot flashes, which is why I went on the hormone replacement therapy in the first place. I think the combination of herbs and vitamin supplements in this product is very well balanced, and I have never used a vitamin product before that has had such wondeful results. I hope Rainbow lite will continue with this product as there are very few products that help women in menopause.

Menopause Complete
I have been seeing a nutritionist where I received a bio-feed back on what is going on with my body. She suggested this product along with others. I only take one tablet a day. Menopause has not affected me that drastically, I have been one of the lucky ones. I complained of blouting and an enlarged abdomen and the nutritionist bio-feed back showed low levels of progesterone. I do not take any other hormone replacement therapy.
