Very Handy
Great neti kit. Has everything I need except the water ;)

I find that I dont have to use the Neti Wash Plus very often - only when I get a sinus infection or some serious sinus congestion.

I love the 'Genie' style ceramic neti pot - and it is comfortable to hold.

One trick that I also learned which helps with the neti technique is to add a bit of baking soda in the water with neti salt. This trick reduces the irritation some people get when the neti.

I highly recommend the neti kit. Be cool if they added some Baking Soda with it or mixed in with the salt - but I guess it is easy enough to do at home.
