The seat of mine is starting to crack (it lasted me a couple of years and I didn't get it new), and I may have to replace it for when my son is a little bigger.

We have a similar product. My toddler daughter loved it. My husband was less thrilled, since it made it difficult to keep the toilet seat in completely opened. In the end he decided he could use the rest, and sat. Mine has a splash guard that makes it uncomfortable for adults to lean back. I can't speak for the model shown.

Buy new: $10.99 Infant sized prefolds have a long life. Start by holding them under your baby. Fasten them on the mobile baby without a cover. Put a cover over when a miss isn't OK. Use them to clean up accidents a near-grad sometimes has. And when you run out of children to diaper you can put them on the end of your swiffer.
